How does the billing work?

The billing depends on whether we have an agreement with you or directly with your customers. Here you can read more about it. 

The affiliate way

In the affiliate model, Cookie Saver is the one with a contractual relationship with your customers. As such, Cookie Saver will invoice your customers directly without any involvement from your side.

You earn 20% on subscriptions of visitor that you referred. The account with your earnings will be settled every 3 months. However, all customers must have no outstanding payments towards Cookie Saver for the settlement to proceed.

If your account balance amounts to less than €200, the transfer will be postponed until the account reaches that minimum balance. Still, the transfer will not be postponed for more than 1 year.

If Cookie Saver or you terminate the agreement, your account will be settled immediately after the termination.

Any fees in relation to the bank transfer are at your own expense. Cookie Saver is located in Denmark.

The wholesale way

In the wholesale model, you are the one with a contractual relationship with Cookie Saver. Consequently, Cookie Saver will invoice you every month for all the subscriptions minus the 20% partner discount.

The invoices are to be paid in advance, and you can find them in your Cookie Saver account.

Any fees in relation to the bank transfer are at your own expense. Cookie Saver is located in Denmark.

It is your responsibility to invoice your customers without any involvement from Cookie Saver.

Payment methods

There are two payments methods: card or invoice.

The difference is that with the invoice method, you will be charged a commission fee. You can view the payment status and download your invoices from your profile.

Please, remember to add your VAT ID if you did not do it during the setup process.

If you wish to change payment the method from invoice to card, you simply need to add a card from your profile. The system will automatically start charging your card.
