This short guide explains how to determine the ratio of your Safari visitors using Adobe Analytics. It takes two easy steps.
First, ensure that you are signed in as the correct 'Organization/Company' and the correct Report Suite is selected. It is recommended to view the numbers on a month-by-month basis.
In Adobe Analytics, select Reports and type 'browser' in the search field. This will allow you to select the Browsers report, which is located under Visitor Profile > Technology. The result is a report of all browsers used by your website users.
For the Cookie Saver, it is the Unique Visitors metrics that you will need to take note of, especially for Safari users.
To filter out all Safari users, simply filter for 'Safari' in the filter box just above the report table. This will group both desktop, tablet and mobile Safari users and give you a total view of your overall Safari users and the impact of ITP 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3.
